The balance of nutritional intake between foods that raise your acidity and foods that make you more alkaline is an important, but often overlooked, factor in your health. Here is a detailed list of acidic and alkaline foods. Don’t forget to adhere to the 80/20 rule. Eighty percent intake off the Alkaline food list and twenty percent intake off the Acidic food list!

This is very interesting and new for me. I’ve always enjoyed eating healthy, but never realized the difference this 80/20 rule could make for our health. I will definitely refer to the PDF provided and, as always, appreciate the education that Dr. Auger makes available.
