Posture Problems

Have you ever noticed someone whose head looks like its hanging off the front of their shoulders? This is a dangerous condition known as Forward Head Posture, and you need to be aware of the devastating effects this has on your health and life. Forward Head Posture, or the loss of the natural curve in the neck, is one of the most common issues we see as chiropractic doctors. Why? Because of the amount of time people spend hunched over their desks and in front of their computers. Forward Head Posture causes vast degenerative effects and subluxations in the neck area leading to accelerated arthritis, chronic pain, limited range of motion, and increased risk of strain and sprain to the neck muscles.
