Eating Colors For Health

By eating all the different colors of fruits and vegetables we get the best all-around health benefits.  Each represents unique health components that are essential to our health.

Fruits and vegetables are so important because they are whole foods, created by nature, and rich in a large amount of nutrients. Processed foods or manufactured vitamins can never compare to the health benefits provided by real food like strawberries or broccoli, which have fiber, vitamins, enzymes, co-enzymes & phytonutrients built right in.
