Anti-inflammatory foods

There has been much written about the types of foods we eat. I have blogged about the difference between acidic and alkaline foods and now I would like to say a word about anti-inflammatory foods. I see people every day that are suffering from inflammatory responses. These issues are mostly due to arthritis, but many people also suffer from cardiovascular inflammatory responses, like plaque build-up in their arterial walls. What can be done about it? Several things, eat foods that decrease your body’s inflammatory response, stay away from foods that increase your body’s inflammatory response, and get under chiropractic care.
